Featured Client Story
TDIndustries: Making Ownership Personal
TDIndustries asked Campus Reels to create a one-minute commercial as the centerpiece of its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) campaign.
The creative brief centered on a personal question: “What does ownership mean for you?” The film needed to make ownership feel meaningful to employees while meeting specific requirements for branding, representation, longevity, and language.
60-second commercial · English + Spanish · Approximately 3,000 employees across 3 states
What the client wanted
TDIndustries wanted an emotional response, not just an explanation of its employee stock ownership program. The commercial needed to encourage employees to see a personal connection between ownership and their place in the company.
The brand needed to remain visible throughout, and the film needed to reflect the diversity of the workforce. It also had to remain useful over time without relying on appearances by current employees whose departures or retirements could require future updates.
Finally, the campaign needed both English and Spanish versions.
What we did
We developed the commercial around the question of what ownership means to the individual, giving the campaign a personal focus within a concise, one-minute format.
The finished film incorporated TDIndustries branding and represented the diversity of its workforce without featuring actual employees. We delivered English and Spanish versions, meeting the brief’s language requirements while maintaining a consistent creative direction.
Together, those choices served both the immediate campaign and the client’s desire for a film with a longer useful life.
How the film was used
The commercial was shown to approximately 3,000 TDIndustries employees during the company’s annual conference event, held across multiple cities in three states.
TDIndustries responded positively to the finished work, which met the brief’s requirements for emotional storytelling, brand visibility, workforce representation, longevity, and bilingual delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work within our brand guidelines and approval process?
Yes. We establish the brand requirements, stakeholders, and review stages early so the creative work develops within a clear framework.
Can you produce multiple language versions?
Yes. Our TDIndustries commercial was delivered in English and Spanish. We plan language requirements at the start and agree on translation and review responsibilities with your team.
Do our employees need to appear on camera?
Not necessarily. Employee-led storytelling can be powerful, but it is not right for every brief. We can develop an approach that reflects your organization without depending on appearances by current employees.
Can one film work across different locations or channels?
Yes. We plan the main film and any required versions around your rollout, whether that involves employee events, internal communications, websites, or other campaign channels.
